Though I don’t come from a family of restaurateurs or foodies, I have grown a passion for all things food and beverages from the younger age, building core memories around aromas, cake baking and cookbooks - all of which are still very much in my life.


After a classic training in cooking and pastry, I have explored all areas of the Food & Beverage industry, learning from chains to neighborhood restaurants, bistro to gastro, from tea sales person to pastry store manager, before specializing in bartending in 2015.

In the Summer of 2018, I left the respected Experimental Cocktail Club (Paris, France), to join the team at bar Two Schmucks (Barcelona, Spain - n·7 50 Best Bars 2022), with whom I collaborated for 5 years, working my way up from bartender to bar manager, and operations manager of the growing company (3 bars / 40+ employees at the time).

Since February 2024, I work FOH at restaurant Arrels (Sagunto, Spain - 1 star Michelin, 1 sol Guia Repsol).

French based on the spanish Mediterranean coast, I am a bartender by trade, an hospitality worker by vocation.
